  • Can I make a return?

    Sashy Art & Design Group only accept returns at the point of delivery. Simply inform the Delivery Professional which piece or pieces you would like to return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Customers have up to 90 days from placing their order to cancel it and request a refund. Once the cancelation has been confirmed, the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method used within 10 business days. Customers may also cancel partial orders and request a refund for the canceled items. If an order is not picked up or delivered after 90 days and a refund has not been issued or requested, the customer will receive a refund in the form of store credit only.

  • I don't know how to track my order. Please assist.

    You can easily track your order by checking your email conformation. It provides a link to your order with tracking informations.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, pick-up is available for certain objects. Others require shipping. 

  • Can I cancel/change my order once it is placed?

    Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations, changes or address corrections. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted addresses in orders.

  • When will my items arrive?

    The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. 

  • Are my furnitures covered by a Warranty?

    Every piece of furniture is covered by a limited one-year manufacture warranty.
